Best and easy coconut cake
Ingredients: 1 box yellow cake mix 1 pkg. Jello vanilla instant pie filling 1/2 cups water 4 egg 1/4 c vegetable oil 2 cups shredded coconut 1 cup chopped walnuts
Directions: In mixing bowl blend: Cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water and oil. Stir in coconut and walnuts. In buttered and lightly floured pan add mixture. Bake 350 degrees 45 minutes or until done. Allow cake to cool in pan
