Coconut Oil for Carrot Cake
Delicious carrot cake with coconut oil
Ingredients: 8 oz organic grated carrots 8 oz organic soft brown sugar 6 oz organic virgin coconut oil 4 oz organic plain wholemeal flour 2 oz organic chopped walnuts 2 organic free range eggs grated zest of 1 organic orange 1tsp bicarbonate of soda 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions: In mixing bowl add ingredients and beat well. In buttered lightly floured pan pour mixture and Bake in preheated oven 350 degrees 45 60 minutes or until done.
