Quick and Easy Coconut Chicken
So easy to make coconut chicken
Ingredients: 1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed 1 egg beaten 1 tsp salt 3 lbs chicken tenders or skinless chicken pieces 2 cups crushed corn flakes 2 cups shredded coconut
Directions: In bowl mix: Thawed orange juice, beaten egg and salt.
Wash chicken pieces or tenders and dip chicken in egg mixture. Roll chicken in mixture of corn flake/coconut flake mixture. Bake 350 degrees in buttered pan covered aprox one hour. Uncover and bake another 15 minutes to brown.
